They also supported the ASIA-AQ project with NASA, sharing knowledge across Thailand and Asia, thereby creating a broad operational network.

GISTDA, a Thai public organization, demonstrated their contributions to societal benefits on wildfire management and haze reduction nationwide, using LiDAR to model forests and calculate carbon sequestration, utilizing Theos-1 and Theos-2 satellites for critical analysis and development purposes.

The Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation showcased their mission to manage wildfire and haze issues in Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son, and across all regions of Thailand. The exhibition, titled “Royal Rainmaking in the Current Reign,” featured weather modification rockets for cloud seeding to alleviate drought and hail suppression.
