AiroTEC Director Participates in Carbon Management for Executives (CMX) Training Program Organized by NSTDA

Asst. Prof. Dr. Ratchaphon Samphutthanont, Director of the Asian Air Quality Operations Center by Space Technology, Geo-informatics & Environmental Engineering (AiroTEC), Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, participated in the Carbon Management for Executives (CMX) Program, Batch 5, held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Century Park Hotel, Bangkok. The program was supported by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).


This executive training program focused on strengthening knowledge and skills in carbon management, covering key topics such as the importance of carbon management in addressing global climate change and international frameworks (e.g., COP29). Standards and regulations on carbon management at organizational, product, and project levels, including Carbon Footprint, T-VER, CBAM, and JCM. Pathways towards Carbon Neutrality and achieving Net Zero Emissions

Beyond knowledge enhancement, the program also emphasized building operational networks and fostering the integration of environmental, technological, and policy knowledge contributing to the advancement of organizational carbon management and sustainable development.
